The Food, Arts & Crafts Fair will take place in Yowell Meadow Park.
Join us for an enjoyable event for the entire family.
- Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Please complete registration form and return as indicated with fee. Click here for registration form.
- Deadline for registration is no later than Friday, June 22, 2018.
- Confirmation of booth assignments will be emailed by Wednesday, June 27, 2018. Food Vendor lots will be located on the asphalt parking lot and all others (craft and non-profit) on the paths or walkways in the park.
- No water or electric supply will be provided.
- HEALTH PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL FOODVENORS.
- ALL VENDORS WITH A TRAILER OR TENT WITH SIDE WALLS must inform town compliance officials prior to the event by phoning Mr. Gary Cole at (540) 829-8260. THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR REGISTERING THIS INFORMATION BUT IT IS MANDATORY. Click here for form.
- NON-REFUNDABLE Registration fee is due with submission of the registration form by no later than Friday, June 22, 2018.
- 4th of July Committee reserves the right to refuse any vendor.
